Read the instructions carefully

Term and condition for online registration in school website “www.saiholyfaithhighschool.in” to Junior K.G. for Academic Year 2021-22

Online registration for Junior K.G. will be available from 26^th November to 30^th November between from 10 am to 3pm only.

Desired age limit:

Junior K.G. child should be born on or before 31^st December 2017 (1^st Oct 2016 to 31^st Dec2017)

Kindly note online registration form should be filled properly with right information.

Jr.K.G. form submission date and time in school office:

While submitting form in the school office kindly attach:

Xerox copy of child’s Birth Certificate and Aadhar Card ofchild.

Xerox copy of address proof parents (Latest electricity bill, Landline bill, Passport,etc)

Mask is compulsory and maintain social distancing.

Selected list will be released on official website“www.saiholyfaithhighschool.in”

on 15^th December 2020 at 10am.

Special Note:

Submission of registration form is not the assurance for securing admission to Junior K.G. on availability of limited seats.

RULES:

Registration does not guarantee admission.

Admission depends upon availability of seats.

Management reserves the right to make changes in the process and norms of admission.

Fill in the correct information.

Admission can be cancelled if the details filled in the form are not found to be true.
