Leave Of Absence

1.Student Should attend school regularly

2.No leave of absence is granted except for serious reasons and only on previous written application written application of the parents and guardian

3.As a rule no more than one day's leave of absence will be granted to attend the wedding of the brother or sister and half a day for that of a more distant relative

4.Absence without leave of absence for wedding, feast, etc. is penalized either with a fine or with other form of punishment at the Principal's discretion.

5.Repeated absence for feasts, weddings, etc. renders the student liable for dismissal.

6.Except on duty certificate ground, previously sanctioned by the principal no extension or advancement of leave is allowed.

7.All the students are expected to attend school on the re-opening day after each of vacations.Tardy arrivals after vacations are liable be fined by paying the entrance fee again and are lible to have their name struckt off the rolls

8.On return to school, Any Absentee must produce his parent's written explanation for his absence. Failure to do so may result in the student being sent home in which case the school disclaims all responsibility.

9.Pupils who leave without due notice or are struck off the rolls for over a week's unexplained absence are, as a rule not re-admitted, but if re-admitted upon their late return, must pay the entrance fee again.

10.Sectional religious holidays are allowed but not more than one day in the same month, and then only on their parent's previous written application.

11.Absence due to illness on days of compulsory attendance such as Re-opening Days, Closing days, Test days, recollection days etc. will not be condoned without a certificate from the school's doctor or a Government doctor.

12.Pupils who have been recently suffering from or exposed to any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend school unless they bring a medical certificate stating that the period of quarantine is over.
